To get hosted, you must:
* Make your own layouts. No downloading off layout sites or ripping other designs off of people.
* Be an accomplished webdesigner. No beginner HTML.
* I love eye candy so impress me with a beautiful layout.
* Impressive, unique content.
* Don't go overboard on cussing.
* Be friendly and responsible.
This is what you get:
* Space: Ask and ye shall receive. But ask for too much and ye shall not receive.
* Moderate amount of bandwidth. No MP3 or image archives.
* CGI, PHP, MySQL
* you.moonandmask.com and brightest-star.net/you
* No pop-ups/ad free
It would be nice if you know FTP and how to install scripts but it's not absolutely necessary. If I have time, I can help you get started but no promises.

Tips to getting accepted:

* Have a good layout up when I visit
* Be friendly
* Act mature enough to accept compliments and constructive criticism alike. It doesn't look to good if you flame other people's guestbooks randomly.
